After having a chance to become acquainted with the Denver Seminary community, I’ve found that there is at least one unique quality about me: I’m a native Coloradan, which is pretty rare around these parts! Whether it’s the breathtaking beauty of the mountains, the endless outdoor activities or the fact that this land is just simply overflowing with milk and honey, my home state has an appeal that out-of-staters just can’t seem to resist. I have lived in almost every part of the state (other than the unfortunate side that looks shockingly like Kansas) and I am loving the chance to be in the center of it all – Denver.
Working in the Financial Aid Office at Denver Seminary has provided me with an incredible opportunity to get involved in the lives of people who are committed to growing intellectually and spiritually and to pursue those same things myself. It’s extraordinarily encouraging to be in an environment that is so resolutely pursuing the advancement of the Kingdom. So whether you hate talking about finances or do it as a hobby, I’d love to sit down with you and see what we can do to make attending Denver Seminary a reality!
