DMin Marriage & Family Counseling Track

Marriages and families are becoming increasingly vulnerable in the church and society today. The marriage and family counseling track is designed to help pastors and counselors understand the complexity of family systems and to acquire the skills necessary to respond positively to families and marriage under their care. It provides a unique combination of resources, training, and skills necessary to maximize the effectiveness of marriage and family counselors.

Faculty Highlight

Dr. Fred Gingrich is associate professor of counseling and chair of the Counseling Division. He is a clinical member and approved supervisor of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. He has written a number of articles and presented at professional conferences in the areas of marital and premarital counseling, counselor supervision, and cross-cultural counseling.
