Engaging Women Leaders with One Another
Women Engage is an initiative to engage women leaders with one another and with God's work at the Seminary. The group gathers every other month on a Tuesday evening. Events typically include a speaker, refreshments, and networking.
Join us Tuesday, January 10, 2017 for Hello, Beauty Full: Seeing Yourself As God Sees You with Elisa Morgan. Ninety-six percent of women globally would never use the word “beautiful” to describe themselves. Instead, women struggle under the weight of “not-enoughness.” Not smart enough. Not attractive enough. Not strong enough. Not spiritual enough. Elisa Morgan unpacks the “hisses” that sting our thinking while inviting us to see ourselves the way God sees us: through Jesus in her powerful book that redefines beauty, Hello, Beauty Full.
