The Assistant Store Leader is a part time, leadership position responsible for the management of the kiosk/store in the absence of the Market Leader and must be able to work independently. This responsibility consists of all business functions such as sales, profits, inventory, loss prevention and excellent guest services. The Assistant Store Leader is accountable for the success of the team to include staffing, individual or group training, retention and performance management. Must have the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays during the holiday season. This is a non-exempt position and reports to the Market Leader. This position is restricted to the holiday season; therefore time off requests will not be permitted. Competitive wage @ 8.50 hourly plus commission.
