Prayers and support for the Aurora shooting tragedy
- Jul 20, 2012
The Denver Seminary community sends our prayers and thoughts to the surviving family members and friends of the victims of today’s horrific and evil act in Aurora, CO. There are no words to adequately express the sadness we share, as a community, for those affected.
We would consider it an honor and privilege to pray for those affected by this tragedy. If you are aware of particular needs for prayer or have any for yourself, please direct them to Pam Burton at . We have over 700 people who have committed to pray for Denver Seminary on a monthly basis and we will be sending prayer requests to these faithful friends. If you would like to join us in prayer and be added to this prayer list, please email .
In addition, Denver Seminary has a Crisis Intervention Team of therapists, pastors, chaplains, faculty and students standing by to help ANYONE (victims, rescue workers, pastors, ministry leaders) with the emotional and spiritual cost of this crisis.
