The Process
The Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) program is 34 semester hours with a choice between two tracks; Marriage and Family Counseling (MFC) (one track available) or Leadership (four tracks available).
Under the Leadership track there are four concentrations from which to choose:
- Church and Parachurch Executive Leadership (EL)
- Leadership in Chaplaincy (Chap)
- Leadership in Community Spiritual Formation (CSF)
- Preaching and Pastoral Ministry (PM)
General requirements for the two tracks are as follows:

| Fall | October 15th | March 30 | January |
| Spring | April 15 | September 30 | July |
Seminars are one-week intensives and require extensive preparation prior to attending the seminar on campus. Students may take one or two seminars per term, depending on courses scheduled. (One seminar = one week on campus; two seminars = two weeks on campus.)
The Doctor of Ministry degree is a 3 to 6-year program. Students may accelerate their program by taking two seminars in a term rather than one.
