Master of Arts with a Major in Theology
What is theology? In its most basic form, theology is talk about God. More specifically, theology is the ordered study of God and His relationship to the world. The Master of Arts (Theology) leads students toward a variety of ministry, personal, and vocational goals through advanced theological study that is both classical and contemporary. It develops the student's ability to engage all of life and ministry theologically through grappling with theological issues and trends, deepening appreciation for the historical roots and development of theology, exploring the depths and nuances of theological themes, and understanding the nature and methods of the theological process.
At Denver Seminary, Theology degrees are under the Division of Christian Thought. To learn more about this division, watch a video from the Division of Christian Thought.
