MDiv with a Christian Formation and Soul Care concentration

The Master of Divinity with a concentration in Christian Formation and Soul Care focuses on developing competency in the ancient Christian ministries of spiritual friendship and spiritual direction. The program explores biblical and historical examples of soul care, principles of spiritual formation, dynamics of the spiritual journey, the practice of soul care, and practical training in the art of spiritual guidance.

The MDiv with a concentration in Christian Formation and Soul Care is excellent preparation for goals such as:
  • Spiritual Direction in church and retreat settings
