Servant Leadership
Servant leadership is more than a buzz word at Denver Seminary. We believe that effective and passionate leaders receive their directives, gifts and power from the work of the Holy Spirit. As servant leaders, we seek to bring glory to the triune God by humbly pursuing the plans and guidelines as established in Scripture while serving God's Creation and people.
But you will find more than abstract ideas about servant leadership at Denver Seminary. Each of our professors, mentors and staff model servant leadership in their own work and in their interactions with students and our society. It is a value that is truly embraced and lived by those in our community.
Every facet of the Denver Seminary paradigm is designed to develop and equip servant leaders -- from the training and mentoring process to our exceptional faculty to the emphasis on globalization and diversity. They are all designed to encourage you to follow Jesus' example, to equip you to be the leader that God has called you to be.
Denver Seminary is a place for future pastors, church leaders, lay leaders, business leaders, mental health leaders, medical leaders, government leaders, urban leaders and anyone who has dedicated his or her life to God's mission to be equipped for God's service. Are you ready to serve by leading and to lead by serving?
