Description:
Advancement Staff Team Overview The Advancement team has the charge of creatively and efficiently generating the funds needed to support the every financial need of the Campus Ministry Toolbox team other than staff member’s personal financial support. Purpose of Position Because Campus Ministry Toolbox is a non-profit organization, there are limited ways to subsidize the over-head costs of running the ministry (rent, office materials, travel costs, free resources etc) other than raising the funds through outside ministry supporters. However, CMT hope to build a revenue stream as our resources and reputation develop. The Advancement Team would help CMT develop and execute the “business” aspect of CMT so that we might serve more Campus Ministry Leaders (CMLs) worldwide. CMT’s part in glorifying God and fulfilling the great commission would be greatly diminished without the ability to give away resources and maintain financial health.
