As a Manager, working for an independent Chick-fil-A franchisee, you must be a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team that works together, increase profits, and provide superior service. Chick-fil-A is a fast paced organization. You must be able to multi-task and lift 50 approximately pounds. Chick-fil-A is a service industry, customer service is a must.
