Job Qualifications: MSW, MA in Counseling or Psychology Minimum of two years of adoption or counseling experience Believe in adoption and have a love for children Strong case management and organization skills and the ability to juggle a variety of projects simultaneously Excellent written and oral communication skills including effective interpersonal communication skills Personable and professional attitude and a team player Energetic with high attention to detail Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to meet critical deadlines while maintaining high quality work Utilizes good judgment and strong problem solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office tools Basic Responsibilities: Post adoption report monitoring, supervision, verification, and transmitting Post adoption pre-counseling in areas of adjustment and attachment support Post adoption related court and immigration support Post adoption resource and network building via the CCAI Web site.
