Christian Associates International is a global church planting movement and missionary sending organization. This role provides leadership to the current training team and is primarily responsible for the management and strategic development of the online training content, as well as other training initiatives like webinars and conferences. This role is best suited to someone with significant training and management experience who enjoys working virtually but has freedom to travel 3-4 times per year. Part time – 20hrs per week. This position requires personal support raising.
