Prayer for mercy

This comes in from a friend:

Please pray for Francis Foo (Singapore) at 9.30am(GMT) on August 7. Pray that the authorities will have mercy on him as he was caught for not displaying a valid license while driving on July 29th. He was recovering from a heavy flu bug and probably still suffering from the effect of the medicine. Please pray that God will intervene and cause the authorities to let him go without charges as he truly did not intend to forget it. May God also bless you and your family as you continue to lift others up in prayers! Amen and Amen!
