Description:
This is an entry level trainee position for an Assistant Building Engineer at two professional office buildings in Cherry Creek. This individual would assist in the day to day building operations and ground maintenance. Ideal candidates will be self starters, dependable and motivated to learn in a team-oriented environment. Candidates will learn basic electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, HVAC systems and the computer energy management systems. Prior job experience in a maintenance-type position is helpful.
