1 Any CO-prefixed courses except practicum and internship (CO 601 and CO 602 with permission of professor). May also include SF 502 Principles and Practices of Christian Formation and/or SF 511 Dynamics of the Spiritual Journey in the counseling elective hours.

2 Students adding a concentration in chaplaincy should take twelve hours of chaplaincy courses (CHP 550, CHP 750, CO 570, PR 501 or PR 664, and choose four hours from CO 551, CO 552, CO 555, CO 647 or CO 657) in place of counseling ministries electives.

3 Students must enroll in one hour of mentored ministry experience and one hour of mentored spiritual formation while enrolled in CHP 650.
