On Campus Housing
Community life is an important part of the entire Seminary experience, and living on-campus is one of the best ways to fully experience Denver Seminary's close-knit, supportive environment. This environment, combined with convenience and affordable rental rates, makes on-campus housing a desirable option for many students.

What We Have To Offer
Our campus has 92 rentable units, including one, two, and three bedroom apartments for single and married students. Each unit is equipped with a refrigerator, electric range/oven, and dishwasher. A community laundry facility and children's play room are also in the apartment complex.
Denver Seminary rents apartments by lease through Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Solutions, our property management company. Rental rates include water, sewage and internet access. They do not include energy (gas/electric), phone or cable TV.

The Process
Campus apartments are reserved for degree-seeking students who are taking six hours per semester and are rented on a first come basis. Students interested in applying for on-campus housing will receive a Campus Housing Application from the Admissions Office upon acceptance into a degree program. Since the waiting list for campus housing grows quickly, interested students should submit their application as soon as possible to Spectrum.

This is a view of the Denver Seminary guest apartment, which is a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on campus. While student apartments are not furnished, this 2-bedroom is a typical on-campus apartment available to students. This view is from the front door looking into the apartment and shows the living room, hallway to the bedrooms and bathroom, kitchen and eating space. The open doors on the left of the hallway are the two bedrooms. The door at the end and on the right are storage closets. The vanity and bathroom are at the end of the hall to the right.
