We’re about a 10 minute drive from the seminary, and conveniently located near some grocery stores, restaurants, and malls.
With three dudes in the apartment, the cost would be about $350 (that price includes utilities) per person, per month. Parking is free.

The apartment itself is well-maintained, and partly furnished with all appliances (including washer and dryer) and a few pieces of furniture in the living room. No cable, but we do have wireless internet. Also, the staff of the rental complex are extremely helpful.

We’re hoping to have someone join us who attends the seminary as well because we find it valuable to build and maintain a community of men who walk with the Lord here. This apartment isn’t just meant to be an apartment, but a place in which we can meet the Lord together, seeking his face to see him glorified in our hearts.
