My roomate and I (both female) are looking to rent to 2 additional females. We are in our 20s and in nursing school and would love to rent to seminary students.
The house is 4 bedroom house 10 minutes from campus. We would preferably like to rent to (1) or (2) FEMALES so that we can share the house (1st floor and basement). Open to married couples for basement apartment. Renters must be open to Christian hospitality.
The two bedrooms available include: (1) bedroom upstairs with shared bathroom and (1) bedroom in the basement with its own bathroom.
For 1 additional roomate, rent would be $550/mo, utilities included. If there are two roomates moving in, rent would drop to $450/mo utilities included. $150 deposit per person.
NO Animals/ NO Smoking / NO Children per owner’s request.
We have been granted a 3 month lease (Jan-March) and then they are allowing us to have a month to month contract after that. We know the owner’s and they do all the maintenance. It is a really nice situation!
Newly remodeled kitchen and has really nice hard wood floors. The basement is finished and carpeted.
