House to stay in? Free Rent

We have had Denver Seminary students living here in our 800 sq foot garden level basement apartment before ! It works really well. It is two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, small kitchenette and a very large living room. Our house is close to the Mineral/Santa Fe intersection.
We are also looking for someone to stay for a long period when we travel to Italy for the months of May and June (and would consider having someone here for a longer period if that is more suitable.)
Naturally we need to have someone here who is an animal lover!! Diana
