Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, Washington is an active, multigenerational congregation of approximately 700 adults and 200 children in the beautiful Skagit Valley. We are seeking a fulltime Pastor of Worship. This pastor shall plan and implement our gathered worship experiences in a blended style of contemporary music and hymns. He shall have the primary responsibility for oversight and direction of all worship and music related ministries. He shall also shepherd the people of our church toward a life of genuine worship. Qualifications include but are not limited to the following: he must be gifted and called of the Lord to lead worship in the Church, have education and experience commensurate with the responsibilities and calling of a Pastor of Worship, have high musical skill balanced with pastoral sensitivity and the ability to relate well with people.
