Friday, January 18: Ice Climbing at Moffat Tunnel:
Ever wander what it would be like to climb a frozen waterfall donning crampons and ice axes with light snow falling all around? There are very few experiences in the vertical world that compare to climbing ice.
You'll learn all the basics behind ice climbing including technique, protection, anchor systems, and of course you'll get to climb until you can no longer feel your forearms! Come and enjoy our first annual ice climbing trip sponsored by www.expeditionministries.org.
