Campus Pastor at Experience Life Church

Description:

The Amarillo Campus Pastor is the “face” of the church in their community, and must be willing to lead with the character and integrity necessary to represent Experience Life in a positive light at all times. He or she must be a high capacity leader capable of starting and growing an Experience Life Campus and be willing to accept the responsibility of oversight of everything at the campus. The Amarillo Campus will require a person with outstanding relational, leadership and organizational gifts and an entrepreneurial pioneering spirit that will revel in the opportunity to grow the Amarillo campus to reach its full potential in both growth and community impact.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a setting committed to creatively reaching the unchurched, working within a community, and promoting innovation through collaboration. They will show a high degree of effectiveness in leadership, communication, public speaking and worship planning. Work in a multi-staff, multi-site setting is strongly preferred. In addition, the individual should show the ability to connect across all generations, ethnicities, and socio-economic lines.
