This is a bi-vocational position with emphasis in youth discipleship and education. First Baptist Church is a very missions minded congregation and attendance averages 150. Current staff includes the pastor. Westcliffe is located in south central Colorado in a beautiful valley between the Sangre de Cristo and Wet Mountains.
