And the majority one’s learning simply flows out of experiences in sharing daily life: praying, eating, and serving. - led by an on-site Core Group (including Fuller alum, Rev. Karen Sloan ‘04) - weekly classroom sessions covering essential skills for community life (healthy relationship dynamics, leadership, communication) - daily spiritual formation via prayer and scripture times - located in Pittsburgh, PA - runs mid August to late July Costs and compensation during the residency varies for every person. The most popular financial arrangement involves having all expenses covered, plus benefits and a $5,000 credit towards student loan repayment. Those who complete the residency, incorporate Formation House training into their future goals of providing leadership at established worshipping communities, or coordinating with friends to start new Christian intentional communities.
