Kingdom Scholars Scholarship Fund

Recently, generous friends of Denver Seminary committed $500,000 to begin the Kingdom Scholars Endowed Scholarship Fund. They also issued a challenge for this fund to double in order to reach the $1 million mark. To date, more than $200,000 in gifts have been given in response to this challenge. It is their hope that others will prayerfully consider how they can support the students of Denver Seminary. Proceeds from this scholarship directly impact the lives of those pursuing a Masters of Divinity degree, which equips them to become the next generation of pastors and parachurch leaders around the world.

In order to be considered for the Kingdom Scholars Endowed Scholarship, applicants must be full-time M.Div. students willing to sign a good-faith statement committing to pursue a career in full-time ministry. Additionally, each applicant must be of high academic achievement, demonstrate potential for leadership and impact in the Kingdom of God, and must maintain high academic standards (minimum of 3.25 GPA) to continue to receive support from this fund.

Today, Denver Seminary has over 1000 students, 270 are pursuing a Masters of Divinity degree. To enable more of these students to attend, gifts to endowed scholarship funds like this one are vital for equipping church leaders in the United States and around the world.
