Susan Arnold
Susan has served in worship ministry in churches around the Denver metro area and including Boulder for almost two decades. She graduated from Colorado Christian University (BA), Denver Seminary (MA) and is currently working toward her D.Min. in the Leadership in Community Spiritual Formation program at Denver Seminary. She has three adult daughters, and seven grandchildren.

Nancy Buschart
Nancy is an experienced teacher, spiritual director, and retreat speaker. She founded and leads Vine, Vision, and Voice, a unique ministry of Christian formation that incorporates Scripture, community, and creativity. Nancy also serves as a corporate chaplain for Marketplace Ministries, Inc. She graduated from Denver Seminary (MA).

Roger Cauthon
Roger pastored Meadow Hills Church for twenty-five years and has a private practice in pastoral counseling and spiritual direction. He graduated from Wichita State University (BA) and Denver Seminary (MDiv). Roger serves as mentoring director for students in the counseling licensure program.

Laura Flanders
Prior to her arrival at Denver Seminary in 2005, Laura spent her career in national industry non-profit management in the area of leadership development and training. In addition to raising their now adult children, she and her husband Dale served in pastoral ministry for twenty-four years, the last ten in church planting. She also consults for businesses, non-profits and churches in the Denver area. Laura graduated from Seattle Pacific University (BA) and Denver Seminary (MA). An avid gardener, Laura also enjoys hiking, kayaking, biking, golfing and eating a home cooked meal with others.
Brian Gray
Prior to Denver Seminary, Brian served in pastoral ministry for 13 years in Austin, TX and in Denver at Denver Community Church and The Next Level Church. He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis (BS and BA), the University of Texas (M Ed), and Denver Seminary (MDiv). He and his wife Kelley are currently being raised by their daughters Riley and Kate.

Don Payne
Don previously served as a church planter in Tennessee and then as associate pastor of adult ministries at Southern Gables Evangelical Free Church in Littleton, CO. He graduated from Tennessee Temple University (BA), Denver Seminary (MDiv), and the University of Manchester, England (PhD). Don serves as Associate Dean with overall responsibility for the training and mentoring program.
Greg Slate
Greg has worked for ten years as a hospital chaplain in Alabama, Colorado, and Texas, and started two new pastoral care programs in hospitals during this time. He completed a residency in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at Baptist Health Systems in San Antonio, TX. Greg graduated from Samford University (BA) and Denver Seminary (MA Counseling).

Bob Woolfolk
Dr. Bob Woolfolk has a broad range of experience in urban ministry and has been effective at forging partnerships between urban and suburban ministries. He has served as pastor of Agape Christian Church in Denver for over thirty years and is involved with numerous other ministry organizations.
