Description:
The Director of Worship Arts (DWA) is responsible to oversee and give direction to the music and worship arts ministries of Glenwood Community Church (GCC). The Director functions with comprehensive leadership and operational management in the area of music and worship arts ministries, supervising a team of volunteers who assist in these ministries. This position is supervised primarily by the Senior Pastor. The DWA will meet with the Senior Pastor and Executive Team as needed for direction, development, and strategic thinking. This is a full-time paid position that includes medical/retirement benefits. The position includes evening and weekend activities.
