Description:

The Hillside nursery and childcare room are to be places where children feel cared for, loved, and secure. Childcare workers are responsible for creating that kind of environment by cheerfully playing with the children on the floor or directing their play, reading to them and exhibiting patience and love. Also, general responsibilities include setting up and cleaning up the room, feeding, changing diapers and maintaining a safe environment. Excellent communication with parents is required when children are dropped off and picked up from the nursery and childcare room.
