Description:
We desire a man who meets the qualifications of First Timothy and Titus and has a resolute belief in the authoritative Word of God and inerrancy of Scripture. We are looking for exegetical preaching of books of the Bible delivered in a compelling and convicting manner. The pastor will also work with the existing elders and staff to provide vision for the ministry, and pastoral care and shepherding of the flock. We desire to equip the saints for the work of ministry. Hilltown Baptist is an independent Baptist church, founded in 1737, with a rich history of supporting missions around the world. Approximately 30% of our budget goes directly to supporting missionaries many of whom are sent from our body. We are a body of about 350 members desiring to be Gospel centric in all that we do.
