There’s a famous proverb that reads, “A summer camp is only as awesome as its Camp Director.” Okay, we made that up but it’s a truth we swear by. We know that the success of our summer camp depends on our staff. That’s why we’re looking for people with star quality. A Camp Director will need experience managing either kids or adults in a fast paced environment. You don’t need any technical skills.
