Software Supports Specialists at JetStream Technologies are tasked with understanding, demonstrating and supporting JetStream construction software. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office and should be personable and friendly. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and call logging software is required. Familiarity with HTML code and web-based application design is desirable but not required. The Software Supports Specialists position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
