Jubilee Youth Ranch (www.jyranch.org) is located in Eastern Washington and minsters to young men age 14-19. Founded 12 years ago, Jubilee's campus is well-developed, has a capacity for 100 students, and has family housing for many of its staff. Jubilee Christian Academy is an on-site school meeting the educational needs of their students.
The Executive Director of Jubilee Youth Ranch, in collaboration with the Jubilee Board, will give direction and support to the Jubilee Operations Director, Academy Principal, and Jubilee Development staff.

S/he will relate closely to all of Jubilee's constituencies, further develop and broaden Jubilee's fundraising activities, and set a strategic course for the next chapter of Jubilee's growth and ministry.

We are looking for candidates who have a proven history in a senior leadership roles with comparable residential programs for troubled youth.

The ideal candidate will be a relational person that identifies and connects with people of influence and affluence for the purpose of supporting Jubilee's ministry. Furthermore, the ideal candidate's style of leadership must be one of demonstrated acts of servant leadership.
