Full Time or Part Time Youth Ministry at Korean Christian Church

Korean Christian Church (KCC) is seeking to call a full-time pastor (or part time) to help lead and serve our Youth Ministry and work alongside a 2nd generation multi-staffed Education Department. Sunday service attendance averages 220 for the KM; and 60 for the EM, 50 Youth and 50 Elementary. The candidate most of all must desire to work in a team-ministry atmosphere, be organized, fun-loving and be able to connect effectively with youth. He must also be an M. Div. graduate (or graduating this May/June) for the full time position or currently enrolled in seminary for the part time position. Fluency in English is required (bilingual English-Korean preferred). Please send a personal testimony with a resume, two references and two sermon CDs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preach weekly for Sunday worship
2. Preach weekly for Friday worship
3. Train Sunday school teachers
4. Coordinate yearly retreats and monthly activities
5. Train small group leaders
6. Lead annual mission trip
7. Visit youth members who need pastoral care


Position Type: Full Time (Part Time)
Salary and Housing: $ 36,000/yr ($ 12,000/yr)
