Lead Wisely
Leading wisely encompasses more than just knowing how to delegate responsibility or organize people effectively to accomplish a task. It requires a careful mix of biblical thinking, faithful living and humility in the example of Jesus Christ. And wise leadership also includes living outside of the (or your) box -- the ability to understand other cultures and worldviews, for the benefit of your ministry and the Kingdom. Leading wisely in today's world demands a servant's heart and a global mindset.
At Denver Seminary, the skills and mindsets for leading wisely are fostered through an emphasis on globalization and diversity and a model of servant leadership.
