Love INC's Office Operations Coordinator (part time) oversees the routine operations of the Love INC office. These include the maintenance and cleanliness of the office areas, coordination with the landlord for all necessary services, management of professional services, equipment/systems maintenance and upgrades, and the performance of routine office operations such as receptionist activities, routine financial transactions, oversight of office volunteers, routine report generation, production of brochures, newsletters, and other documents and marketing pieces in conjunction with other Love INC resources. The Office Operations Coordinator responsibilities are primarily management and oversight in nature with nearly all work being performed by volunteers recruited for the Operations tasks.
Must be of Christian Faith, have a clear background check, have basic computer, written communication and interpersonal skills and experience recruiting, training and managing volunteers. Find Application on our website under EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT
