  <title>Denver, CO: Host Home Provider at Community Support Services, Inc.</title>
  <description>Community Support Services, Inc. is an agency providing services and supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Host Home Provider, either an individual or couple, for a young man who has autism and exhibits some challenging behaviors.  He has deficits in both receptive and expressive languages.  The desirable candidate(s) will have previous experience working in the field of developmental disabilities, particularly autism, and with challenging behaviors.  Additionally, the Host Home Provider must be highly energetic, physically active,  and willing to participate in regular exercise due to the needs of the individual to include bike rides, hiking, and long walks.  We will ONLY consider non-smoking households without pets due to the individual's allergies.  The Host Home Provider is a contractual position and services are provided in the Provider's home. Host Home Providers must pass criminal, credit and motor vehicle background checks, any person over age 18 residing within the home must also pass a criminal background check.  Host Home Providers must obtain renter's/homeowner's insurance, liability insurance, motor vehicle insurance, and register a trade name prior to contracting with our agency. CSSI will provide professional support, technical assistance, nurse consultative services, and free training in the areas of Crisis Prevention Intervention, CPR / First Aid, Medication Administration, Defensive Driving and orientation. We facilitate a thorough screening process for the people we support, their families, and potential Host Home candidates.   <title>Castle Rock, CO: Bereavement Volunteer at Legacy Hospice</title>
  <description>Use compassionate listening skills to help grieving families. You can make a difference to grieving families through compassionate contact. Legacy Hospice provides grief services for 13 months for families after a patient dies. Volunteers will receive training to make telephone calls to check in with families, listen to them, and schedule counseling appointments with licensed mental health professionals if appropriate. Staff will always be available for support and questions. Volunteers will also help mail educational materials regarding grief to families monthly. Volunteers may be asked to provide special support at birthdays, anniversaries or holidays.   <title>Littleton, CO: Driver Needed at private individual</title>
  <description>I am a legally blind Univeristy of Denver graduate student in need of a driver. I am willing to trade room and board in my house as payment. My home is located 10 min from Denver Seminary. Because my husband and I are seperated I have an entire living room, bedroom , and half bath that you can use. Unfurnished but we can look for furniture if you need some. The driving position is for 5x a week to and from DU which is about 25-30 min from my house. Some scenarios will allow for me to be dropped off and picked up at the Littleton lightrail station. Also any appointments or grocery shopping can be negotiated. I also have two children (5,and 7) that visit every other weekend. I'm interested in hiring a female only.</description>
