Care includes: Transfers, bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, ROM, med assist, etc. • Perform housekeeping duties – as requested e.g. meal prep and light housekeeping. • Accompanying as requested. • Perform through skin checks and report abnormalities to employer immediately. • Assist in maintaining hydration. • Assist in maintaining sanitary conditions. • Follow state laws in association with certifications and HIPPA regulations.
