Our corporate worship gathering is on Tuesday nights, allowing us to create a missional inroad to those more hesitant toward attending traditional Sunday morning churches. About 25% of our community came to faith as adults, and so we view our role on Tuesday nights to be largely “introducing and reintroducing people to God and his church.” Job Profile: FIRST:LINK is the children’s program of TNLC. We provide care and spiritual development for roughly 50 kids a week, from nursery through 5th grade. At the preschool level, we are helping parents impart the first understandings of God and his church to their kids, which will inevitably shape them for a lifetime.
