Currently we are looking for: --A Family Therapist to provide intensive in-home services to families of youth 12-18 years old, using the Multisystemic Model Job responsibilities include: Provide community based treatment for youth and family with complex clinical, social, educational and sexual problems/behaviors . Services are delivered in the home, neighborhoods, schools, and communities. Conduct MST assessment including review of referral information, identifying, and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and development an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context. Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with the 9 MST Principles and MST Analytic Process. --A Child Protection Therapist to provide intensive in-home services to families of children 0-12 years of age. Job responsibilities include: Involve family in planning and evaluation of services. Provide assigned hours of direct service per family per week. Serve as a liaison for client and family with outside agencies. Conduct bi-weekly parenting groups. Engage extended family and kin from the beginning of the case for support and concurrent planning. Attend Court Hearings, Treatment Support Meetings, Staff meetings,Client meetings,DDHS meetings,Trainings, and Meetings with outside agencies. Coordinate communication with drug and alcohol treatment centers. Provide on-call crisis intervention to clients according to the rotating schedule. Write in individual log or on TRAILS after each contact using DAP format. Contact referral source or DHS caseworker weekly to update on case status. Develop gainful employment resources as needed for clients. Other duties as assigned.   <title>Denver, CO: Job Developer at Colorado Center for Healing and Change</title>
  <description>The Colorado Center for Healing and Change is looking for a job developer to help people with disabilities find employment. The job developers' responsibility first and foremost is to help the client get gainfully employed. The developer creates job opportunities for clients by researching, identifying and soliciting commitments and leads from possible sources of employment. Additionally, the developer will provide clients with soft skills training such as helping them look for jobs, providing job-interviewing practice, and guide them through following up with employers. You will have a caseload of about 5-15 clients who you will be responsible for, you can either meet with them in person or over the phone weekly. You are expected to place 75% of your caseload in employment within 90 days. The disabilities that we work with covers the whole gamut including developmentally disability, cerebral palsy, depression an/or other mental illnesses, cancer, physical disabilities, etc. Some of our clients may have MA degree's where as others may not even have a GED (although over 90% do). Before we accept a client, we will prescreen them for job history, personality, and mental health to make sure they are ready to go back to work. With this job, there is an hourly rate that is competitive + bonuses, and you can also set your own hours on when you want to work. You must have a BA degree, experience working with people with disabilities, and a Drivers License, you will be expected to drive through out the Denver metro area to meet with clients. This job provides a huge amount of autonomy and you will just be required to turn in monthly progress reports to our agency.
