The Advancement Team would help CMT develop and execute the “business” aspect of CMT so that we might serve more Campus Ministry Leaders (CMLs) worldwide. Special events can be a great way of blessing CMLs (workshop, coaching, conferences etc) or inviting new partners to join with us (golf, hunt, fish, banquet etc) bringing in large amounts for CMT special events (i.e. workshop, conferences, etc) or to keep the budget ‘in the black’. 3) Grant Writing- composing and submitting well written grant proposals will be another key way of keeping CMT well funded and consistently serving those that want to fulfill the great commission through reaching out to college students. 4) Recruiting- The Director of Advancement has the responsibility to build a team of fund developers to work with them towards the goal of sufficiently funding CMT.
