  <title>Evergreen, CO: Office Manager at Aspen Ridge Church</title>
  <description>…  Office Manager: Primary function of this part-time position is to oversee all activities of the main church office.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM (hourly – not to exceed 20 hours per week @ $14.00/hour).
Qualifications:
1.	Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
2.	Minimum of 5 years experience as an administrative assistant.
3.	Minimum typing – 85 WPM with accuracy and transcribing experience.
4.	Proficiency in the use of standard office tools: printer, copy machine, etc.
5.	Strong communication skills including excellent command of English composition and punctuation.
6.	Strong computer skills are imperative (MS Windows, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook).
7.	Strong organizational skills.
8.	Clear criminal background checks conducted by Aspen Ridge as requested.
9.	Experience in managing projects along with interpersonal, networking and supervisory skills.
Duties:
Building Use and Scheduling:
1.	Maintenance and organization of Church Office and reception area.  This includes the regular ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
2.	Organization and maintenance of church calendar.
a.	Coordinate scheduling for weddings, funerals, and other special events.
b.	Oversee building use requests making sure to communicate with staff and custodian any audio-visual, setup, cleanup, or calendar issues.
3.	Provide keys to personnel as needed.  Tracking and maintaining church key bank.
4.	Administrate a lost and found center.
Correspondence and Communication:
1.	Attend all staff meetings.
2.	Check email and respond or forward to appropriate individual.
3.	Notify all Pastoral Staff of member hospitalizations, deaths, etc.
4.	Organization and maintenance of existing church database.
5.	Pick up, distribute, and disseminate all mail and correspondence.
6.	Receive visitors to office and respond to needs.
7.	Screening and routing all incoming calls.
8.	Work closely with Director of Communications.
Filing, Forms and Ministry Collateral:
1.	 Keep all files in an orderly manner and prepare filing system directions for other users.
a.	Maintain records of baptisms, dedications, weddings, membership and visitor attendance.
b.	Prepare baby dedication and baptism certificates.
2.	Maintain existing Office Procedure Manual so that information as to the function of the church office is kept up-to-date and is easily accessible to others should it be needed.
3.	Maintain standard forms and ministry literature.
4.	Prepare, maintain, and disseminate Sunday name tags.
5.	Prepare, proof, and send/email weekly Prayer Warrior Guide.
6.	In coordination with communications manager, prepare, print and fold weekly bulletins.
Supervise Volunteer Office Assistants:
1.	Network with ministry staff and a pool of church volunteers.
2.	Provide a positive and welcoming environment to volunteers.
3.	Train &amp; oversee volunteer office assistants.
4.	Establish consistent means of communication with volunteers.
5.	Give regular direction for ongoing and special projects to volunteers.

  <title>Denver, CO: Project Supervisor: Water Conservation at Mile High Youth Corps</title>
  <description>Summary: Supervise MHYC’s day-to-day operations delivering water conservation measures to Metro Area clients.
Essential Functions:
Supervision, Staff Development
•	Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff in accordance with agency guidelines, agreements and approved budgets.
•	Implement a standardized orientation and training for Crew Leaders and Corpsmembers.
•	Supervise, monitor and evaluate the work performance of water conservation employees on a regular basis.
•	Provide direct support to Crew Leaders in addressing Corpsmember performance.
•	Enforce the policies and program procedures outlined in the MHYC employee manual.
•	Substitute for Crew Leaders in the field as necessary.
•	Promote and maintain positive team morale.
•	Support and lead staff toward project and agency goals.
Project Supervision
•	Supervise the daily operations and tasks of water conservation projects.
•	Supervise the resources and assets allocated to water conservation projects to meet and exceed production goals, ensure quality of service, sponsor satisfaction, revenue generation, inventory control and asset management.
•	Resolve on-site client, technical and operational issues to ensure quality control and positive project outcomes.
•	Maintain interaction with database developer to ensure project functionality and relevance.
•	Assist Sr. Project Manager in maintaining and developing contractor, vendor and affiliate relationships.
•	Ensure all aspects of workplace safety including, identifying and implementing corrective measures.
•	Assist Client Intake in ensuring effective field communication with clients, Corpsmembers and staff.
•	Collaborate with Programs staff to support successful Corpsmember outcomes.
•	Assist with the hiring of Corpsmembers (via skills assessment technical test).
•	Implement continuing technical education for water conservation crews and staff.
•	Supervise site audits and client prospecting.
Administration
•	Work closely with Client Intake staff to ensure that all program data is recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
•	Assist Sr. Project Manager in compiling and submitting accurate project information for reporting and billing.
•	Assist Sr. Project Manager in creating annual project budgets and monthly projections.
•	Prepare monthly production and inventory reports.
•	Other duties as assigned.
Agency Support
•	Promotes agency mission and goals.
•	Supports Corpsmember engagement and development.
•	Contributes to team effort and collaboration.
•	Attend staff and project meetings as designated.
Qualifications:
Education: B.A. / B.S. required.  Completed course work in related fields preferred.
Experience:  Minimum 2 years supervisory experience working with diverse groups required.  Demonstrated experience in general construction, plumbing and/or conservation services preferred.  Experience working with young people/ workforce a plus.
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities
•	Knowledge of Conservation Services industry including initiatives, techniques, technologies and materials.
•	Knowledge of residential and multi-family conservation needs.
•	Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical, hands-on installation problems. 
•	Organized and highly detail oriented.
•	Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•	Proficient in Microsoft Office software, database programs.
•	Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experience.
•	Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
•	Ability to lift 50+lbs.
•	Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
•	Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.  Will be required to participate in a FBI background check, which involves fingerprinting.
•	Ability to legally work in the United States, which will be verified via the federal E-Verify system.  
Hours &amp;Compensation
This is a full-time regular, exempt position with benefits.  Please specify salary requirements on submitted cover letter.  Hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Some evenings and weekend hours may be required.
