Support for the Board of the Trustees Chair and President on all matters related to the Board of Trustees. Manage all aspects of regular trustee meetings, special meetings, and other events involving board trustees.

The incumbent must possess soundly developed administrative, secretarial and management skills as well as experience at a senior level.

  <title>Englewood, CO: Operations Intern at Youth for Christ/USA, Inc.</title>
  <description>2012 Summer Operations Internship


The National Service Center of Youth for Christ/USA located in Englewood, Colorado is seeking an Operations Intern for the summer of 2012.  The internship offers the opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a Christian non- profit organization, especially in areas of human resources, risk management, donor management, financial, marketing, project management and administration.  The operations intern will assist in moving projects forward within these departments.  

The intern should be an undergraduate student in their junior or senior year working towards a degree in business administration or similar.  The internship start and end dates are flexible, with an approximate May start and August end.  The intern will be asked to work anywhere between 20-40 hours per week.

  <description>Summary Bridges Community Church (BCC) was established in 1940 for the purpose of reaching people in the community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Located in Los Altos, CA (about 35 miles south of San Francisco), BCC is situated on the western edge of the Silicon Valley, a place synonymous with technology and innovation. The church&amp;rsquo;s mission is to connect our diverse community to God and to become more Christ-like; growing in love for God, each other, and the world. At BCC, the Director of High School Ministries has two main functions: (1) to develop and direct a vital High School Ministry that moves students toward maturity in Christ through evangelism and discipleship, and (2) to work closely with the BCC Family Ministry Team in order to foster intergenerational connections within the church that equip and support parents in passing faith along to the next generation (Deuteronomy 6:4-9; Psalm 78:1-6). Primary Duties &amp;amp; Responsibilities &amp;bull; Organize Sunday morning and mid-week ministries. We want a leader who can prayerfully design spiritual transformation environments that contain ingredients like worship music, Bible exposition, small groups, prayer, testimonies, games, and kingdom-building projects. &amp;bull; Shepherd students. We want a compassionate shepherd who will tend to the spiritual wellbeing of high school students by teaching them God&amp;rsquo;s Word, providing encouragement and accountability, and sharing his or her own life with them.
