  <title>Northwest Denver - Near Sports Authority Field: Cleaning at Private Individual</title>
  <description>We have purchased a property that needs cleaning head to toe. It is three units. 2 are mirror images of approximately 450 sqft each (1bd/1bath). The other is ~600 sqft (1bd/1bath). The walls and ceilings need to be scrubbed clean and rinsed in prep for painting. They have grease and nicotine residue that needs removing. One bath has mildew on the ceiling that needs removal. We are buying new appliances so no need to clean range or frig. Tub surrounds will also be replaced so only need to clean tub (not shower). Toilet will need cleaning. Vanity is to be replaced so no cleaning there. Floors are carpet or vinyl which will be removed so no no cleaning there.</description>
