The Director of Business and Operations at NDC will oversee finances (alongside an accountant who actually keeps the books), human resources, legal matters, database, maintenance and operations of our facilities, and general administration for the church. The most important qualities needed in this person include: attention to details, organization, efficiency, and project management skills. Some experience in administration, finances, and/or operations needed.
