On March 6, 2009, Denver Seminary honored the legacy of Dr. Grounds with an unveiling and dedication reception in the Carey S. Thomas library. Many members of Denver Seminary's community were present to witness the event, as was the artist, Francisco Delissalde and Dr. Grounds' family.
