Description:

OMF International is committed to seeing an indigenous church movement for each people group in East Asia. Our U.S. mobilization team's purpose is to inform, inspire and influence God's people to be purposefully involved in his plan for the nations. We are looking for an excellent manager to help produce compelling tools and resources for our ministry of mobilizing people to pray, go and send.

Job Summary:
- Project manager for the Communications department, giving direction and supervision in the production process.
- Helps prepare communication tools for mobilization such as digital media, pamphlets, displays, books, and basic office tools such as stationary and forms.
- Has the focus and drive to work both individually and in a team and is a flexible team player ready to help the entire communications and mobilization team.
- Is able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Needs to be able to communicate to a broad and varied audience expanding over the common divides of age, demographics and ethnicity.
- Has an interest in missions; some cross-cultural experience helpful.

Requirements:
- Experience in project and people management with ability to guide from concept to production in timely way.
- Is familiar with print and digital media and can take projects from concept to print/production.
- Strong working knowledge of Quark XPress or Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
- A strong knowledge of color, design and print theory.
- 2 years of experience preferred.
- Min. 2-year commitment, 3 years preferred. Willing to work in Littleton, CO.
- The ability to work within an international, interdenominational organization.
- The ability to proactively plan and work.
- A strong support team for prayer and finances (full financial support needed).
- Endorsed and supported by local pastor and church.
- A mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- A teachable spirit and flexible attitude.
- Desires to see God's glory known among the peoples of East Asia.
