Description:

Position: Videographer/Editor for Protestant mission agency
Responsible to: Communications Coordinator

OMF International is committed to seeing an indigenous church movement for each people group in East Asia. Our U.S. mobilization team's passion is to inform, inspire and involve God's people in his purposes for the nations. We are looking for a videographer to help produce compelling tools and resources for our ministry of mobilizing people to pray, go and send.

Requirements:
- Has at least two years experience in shooting and field production, as well as post-production.
- Is experienced in hands-on editing with non-linear editing systems such as Final Cut Pro, AVID or Premiere Pro.
- A degree in video, film, communications or similar field is helpful.
- Has a mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Desires to see God's glory known among the peoples of East Asia.
- Has a teachable spirit and flexible attitude.
- Has the ability to work within an international, interdenominational organization.
- Has the ability to proactively plan and work.
- Has a strong support team for both prayer and finances (full financial support needed).
- Is endorsed and supported by local pastor and church.
- Minimum 2-year commitment preferred and must locate in Littleton, Colorado.

Job Summary:
- Helps prepare videos for mobilization.
- Has the focus and motivational drive to work both individually and in a team and is a flexible team player ready to help the entire communications and mobilization team.
- Is able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Needs to be able to communicate to a broad and varied audience expanding over the common divides of age, demographics and ethnicity.
- Has an interest in missions and some cross-cultural experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and support level (you will need to raise full financial support for living and ministry expenses). We ask mobilization team members to raise support to decrease the amount of money field workers need to contribute to mobilization expenses.
