Parking Permits
(If you already have a permit, you do not need to get a new one)

All Denver Seminary students, faculty and staff are required to display the appropriate parking permit on the lower right corner (passenger side) of the windshield of their vehicle in order to park in campus parking lots. These permits are valid for the entire time you are at the Seminary and are free. (A permit should be acquired for each vehicle you park on-campus).

CURRENT STUDENTS/FACULTY/STAFF: Application for permits may be picked up from the Receptionist in the lobby of the Graber Administration building. You can download the application form here as well.
- NEW STUDENTS/FACULTY/STAFF: Will receive a parking permit application form during the general orientation process.
- CAMPUS RESIDENTS: You will need TWO permits - the one indicated above AND the resident hang tag given to you as part of the apartment move-in process for your reserved spot in resident parking. Application for student permits may be picked up from the Receptionist in the lobby of the Graber Administration building. You can download the application form here as well.

Parking Policies
Students:
- Parking in Lots A, B and D is open to all students, faculty, staff and guests, except spaces designated for handicap parking and the 10 spaces for guests (by permit) in the southwest corner of Lot B.
- Open parking is allowed in Lot C overnight from 5:00pm-7:30am Monday-Friday, and during weekends.
- Parking in Lot D, to the south and southwest of the Graber building, is limited to 24 hours in order to make more spaces available through increased turnover for campus residents, other students, faculty and staff throughout the day and night.
- Parking in the west portion of Lot D in the numbered spaces in and around the campus apartments is reserved for only campus residents.
Campus Residents:
- Parking in the west portion of Lot D in the numbered spaces in and around the campus apartments is reserved for only campus residents according to the reserved spaces assigned for each apartment.
- Open parking is allowed in Lot C overnight from 5:00pm-7:30am Monday-Friday, and during weekends.
- Parking in Lot D, to the south and southwest of the Graber building, is limited to 24 hours in order to make more spaces available through increased turnover for campus residents, other students, faculty and staff throughout the day and night.
- Parking in Lots A, B and D is open to all students, faculty, staff and guests, except spaces designated for handicap parking and the 10 spaces for guests (by permit) in the southwest corner of Lot B.
Faculty and Staff:
- Lot C is reserved for faculty and staff only (displaying the proper permit) on Monday–Friday, between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm.
- Parking is also available in Lots A, B and D, which is open to all students, faculty, staff and guests, except spaces designated for handicap parking and the 10 spaces for guests (by permit) in the southwest corner of Lot B.
- Parking in Lot D, to the south and southwest of the Graber building, is limited to 24 hours in order to make more spaces available through increased turnover for campus residents, other students, faculty and staff throughout the day and night.
- Parking to the west of Lot D in the numbered spaces in and around the campus apartments is reserved for only campus residents.
Guest Parking:
- Parking in Lots A, B and D is open to all guests, with the exception of spaces designated for handicap parking and 10 spaces specifically reserved for special guests (by permit) in the southwest corner of Lot B (See next item).
- There is some reserved parking for guests, which is in the southwest corner of Lot B, by special permit only, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-5:00pm. Permits, which are to be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle, are issued by authorized Seminary staff to guests such as chapel speakers, those of the President, and other Seminary departments. Each Seminary department will have a designated person issuing these special permits.
General Policies
- Parking in all lots is restricted to marked, painted spaces only. Parking along the curbs of landscaped islands, or other curbed areas in the parking lots, is prohibited.
- Vehicles are to be parked one per parking space. Vehicles taking up more than one space are subject to being ticketed. (Large vehicles, such as moving trucks or vehicles with trailers used for moving have short term permission to occupy more than one parking space in the northeast area of Lot B.)
- Motorcycles must be parked in parking lots in marked, painted spaces. Motor scooters with an engine size less than 50cc can park in parking lots in marked, painted spaces, or next to the permanently placed bike racks located on-campus. Parking any motorized vehicle on walkways or other unauthorized areas is not allowed.
- Staying/sleeping overnight in any vehicle in any Seminary parking lot is prohibited.
Enforcement of Policies
- Enforcement of these policies is through the issuing of parking tickets by authorized Seminary personnel, including ACC Campus Police Officers. Parking tickets are $20 and are to be paid at the Campus Operations Group (COG) front desk. Tickets remaining unpaid will be charged to the violator’s student account.
