Description:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs various duties outlined in Nichole’s ADLs. Care includes: Transfers, bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, ROM, med assist, etc.
• Perform housekeeping duties – as requested e.g. meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Accompanying as requested.
• Perform through skin checks and report abnormalities to employer immediately.
• Assist in maintaining hydration.
• Assist in maintaining sanitary conditions.
• Follow state laws in association with certifications and HIPPA regulations.

Qualifications:
• Ability to lift, push or pull min. of 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Proper body mechanics and lifting technique
• Ability to withstand exposure to mild household cleaning solutions

Requirements:
• Maintain active medical license, preferred
• Maintain a current CPR/BLS certification, preferred
• Have requested vaccinations (i.e. TB, MMR, Flu, Tdap)
• Provide min. of 2 professional references in healthcare field
• Have reliable transportation
• Have schedule flexibility
