The African-American Initiative (AAI) exists to serve Denver Seminary students who come from an African-American background. AAI facilitates activities, events, courses, discussion groups, media productions and seminars that will assist them in fulfilling their goals and objectives in ministry. AAI desires to promote African-American student participation in all levels of campus life.
AAI will also reach out to African-American churches, community and ministries for a more holistic spreading of the Gospel. Some hopes and dreams springing from AAI include offering contextualized training for pastors and lay-leaders in African-American churches and ministries.
