Description:

The primary responsibility is to equip students to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ and make disciples of those they come in contact with. Other responsibilities include creating and casting vision for Jr/Sr high students. Creating involvement through effectively communicating the vision and purpose of ministry to the students and their parents. Be involved in teens' lives establishing relationships with them and helping them develop their own personal relationship with Jesus. Oversee Student ministries from grades 6-12 and manage the student ministry budget. Initiate, develop and maintain strong community connections with area schools, community organizations and civic leaders. Develop, lead and direct comprehensive ministry programs for Jr/Sr high students. Provide vision, strategy and initiative for student ministry teams while recruiting, training and developing volunteer staff.
